        As the signal is so low IPnett will perform an emergency
        maintenance today at 18:00 UTC. First clean the fiber and if
        that does not help they change the amplifier. This is
        service affecting.

        All the fibers were verified and cleaned. The amplifier was
        also changed but the signal is still too low. Escalating to

        not see any obvious hardware errors and the current fiber is
